Havensent

Havensent is a data-driven resource allocation web application designed to help community service providers better address the needs of immigrant communities.

​

My role on Havensent was to ensure that its MVP release had solved critical UX pain points present in the original release that was created in a hackathon.

The LMS Project

UX/UI Design

The LMS Project is an under-development tech-training management platform for internal use at The Knowledge House, with a future release for third-parties to use through a subscription-based model.

​

My role in this project is to iteratively create the UI Design for the LMS, strategize usability testing studies, and facilitating user testing sessions

We Fight Forward

UI Designer

We Fight Forward (ideated by MIT CoLab) is a "Development without Displacement Toolkit", which consists on a series of resources that inform and educate their users about the displacement crisis in the Bronx, and how to achieve growth while avoiding displacement from their communities.

​

In this project I was in charge of wireframing, prototyping, and testing the implementation of micro-interactions and client-facing processes.

The Knowledge House

UI Design

The Knowledge House is a tech-education non-profit that is building the next generation of tech talent, with diversity from low-income communities as its center and priority, and empowering their alumni into tech positions and entrepreneurship as their goal and purpose.


My role in this project was to iteratively test and report on the implementation of designed features, ensuring brand consistency and proper functionality of the website.

Project IOWA

UX/UI Designer

Project IOWA (Iowa Opportunities for Workforce Advancement) is a non-profit that provides free career training and employment placement services to individuals who experience barriers to employment.

​

My role in this project was to revamp Project IOWA's online presence through the design of a new website, while implementing their renovated branding guidelines. I addressed their crucial need of a responsive web experience by building the website with Squarespace
